Setup
I was brought in to refresh an existing IVA using newly finalized manuscript copy. The original experience was outdated and needed both a visual overhaul and a more scalable design system.

Approach
System-first design
I focused on redesigning IVA screens across all major sections while helping define clear component, variable, and naming conventions. This ensured the work stayed consistent and scalable across teams.

Delivery
Build-ready screens, and an aggressive timeline
I delivered complete, build-ready screens and coordinated art-dependent assets using clearly defined placeholders and specifications. All designs were completed within a two-week production window and handed off cleanly to development.

Outcome
Clean handoff, minimal friction
The project moved into maintenance and review cycles with minimal friction, and my contract concluded with the IVA in a stable, build-ready state.
