The Problem
We won the business and inherited a massive, outdated design system built entirely in Adobe XD. The site needed to be modernized, rebuilt in Figma, and aligned to the Novo Medlink global design system—without breaking responsiveness or slowing delivery.

The Challenge
This was not a straight migration.
The existing files lacked scalable structure and responsive logic
The latest version of the website was already live, but the provided technical layouts were out of sync
Design files did not reflect current styles, components, or content
To move forward, I had to audit the live Ozempic site directly in HTML to extract the most up-to-date styles, components, and content—then reconcile those findings with both legacy files and the Novo Medlink system.
